	We have been getting reports that some visitors to our website are only seeing the old versions of our pages. This is caused by your internet browser saving a copy of webpages on your computer to make future access quicker. Please use the following instructions to ensure that you are always looking at the latest version, with up to date information
	1.) Make sure that Internet explorer (the internet) is not running 2.) Please click on to the START button, normally located in the bottom left corner of your screen. 3.) Select CONTROL PANEL from the menu 4.) Click on INTERNET OPTIONS 5.) Under the GENERAL tab, find BROWSING HISTORY and click on SETTINGS 6.) Where the page reads Check for newer versions of stored pages, select EVERY TIME I VISIT THE WEBPAGE 7.) Click on OK 8.) Launch Internet Explorer and navigate to our webpage. You should now see the latest version each time you visit us 9.) If you still see an old page, hold down CTRL and press F5 10.) If you still see an old page, you will need to delete you temporary internet files. In Internet Explorer, navigate to internet Options as before and click on clear cache. In Firefox, Click on Tools, then choose Options. Under the Security tab click on clear private data and when prompted choose Cache, cookies and offline website data. For AOL users, you will need to delete your shortcut, navigate to our site again, by typing in the address, then saving the link again to your favourites.
